A. Service Region
SuperBox Official Store provides shipping services exclusively within the United States.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse network.

B. Order Fulfillment Process
After an order is placed, it will go through the following fulfillment stages to ensure accuracy and quality:
1. Order Verification
All orders are reviewed to confirm successful payment and correct shipping details.
2. Processing
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders are prepared and processed during business hours (Monday–Friday).
3. Shipment Dispatch
Once processing is completed, the order will be handed over to a shipping carrier for final delivery.
C. Processing Schedule (Cut-off Time)
To ensure timely handling:
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (PST), Monday–Friday → processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PST), weekends, or public holidays → processed on the next business day
D. Shipping Carrier
We primarily use UPS for all U.S. domestic shipments.
All parcels are shipped via UPS to ensure stable tracking and reliable delivery service. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
E. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
1–3 business days within the United States
Please note that delivery time is an estimate only and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak season shipping volume
F. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are structured as follows:
- Orders over $30 → Free standard shipping
- Orders under $30 → $10 flat shipping fee applies
All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless caused by a fulfillment error.

During U.S. federal holidays or peak shopping seasons:
- Order processing may be delayed
- Carrier tracking updates may be slower than usual
- Delivery times may vary slightly
